Physics-Informed Neural Networks Reveal Radiogenomic Determinants of Blood–Brain Barrier Breakdown in Glioblastoma
ASNR Annual Meeting, 2026
Researcher · Speaker · Activist
Shivi Kumar is a researcher at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania, Co-Chair of the UN Global Health Affinity, and a keynote speaker bringing AI, neuroscience, and policy into the same room.

01 — About
I work at the intersection of computational neuroscience, AI, and global health policy. My research uses physics-informed neural networks and bioinformatics to understand how glioblastoma evades treatment — and how we might finally outpace it.
Beyond the lab, I co-chair the United Nations Global Health Affinity, advocating for equitable access to scientific opportunity for young people across the world. I speak at AAN, ASNR, Harvard, UNESCO, and Y Combinator — and I'm building toward a science that is both rigorous and reachable.
